We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text message opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other kind of sharing described in our website Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver the program on our behalf, as described below.

• Your mobile number and name.
• A record of how you joined the program (signing up on our text program page, texting us first, or booking an appointment), when it happened, and the version of the wording you saw.
• The texts you send us and the texts we send you, including any photos you choose to upload.
• Delivery status and your opt-out or help requests.

• To send texts about your appointments, your requests and follow-ups, and to answer your messages.
• To schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel appointments and prepare for your visit.
• To keep a record of your consent and to honor STOP requests.
• To meet legal, regulatory and professional obligations.

We use a small number of service providers to run the program, such as our text messaging carrier and provider, our scheduling and health record systems, and the automated scheduling assistant that answers texts. They receive your number and messages only to deliver the program for us, and may not use them for their own marketing. We also disclose information when the law requires it.

Texts about your appointments and care are protected health information. We handle them under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you can request at any office. Please do not text detailed medical information unless we ask for it, and call the office if you would rather talk by phone.

We keep program records for as long as needed to provide the program and as long as medical and other records laws require, and we protect them with administrative, technical and physical safeguards.
